The hotel is ok . A bit dated , but still ok. Being charged The “Resort fee” for ammenities and wifi upon check out was a surprise as it was not mentioned at the time of booking, check in or on any communication I received from the hotel .

Nice clean place, big room. We got a room on the second floor and farthest from reception and there is no elevator and with the indoor swimming pool on the lower floor that meant a lot of walking and climbing stairs. Our units door was out of sorts, very difficult opening and shutting it. it is 10 minutes ride from Blue mountain village where most the action is. No restaurant of own, there is a restaurant Gustav in the building which gives a measly 10% discount after charging high prices . However no other nearby pocket friendly food options except at the blue mountain village

Me dejaron sin cena de navidad, sería importante que recordaran el depósito de $250 dlss que te piden. Nos retuvieron el dinero que teníamos considerado para nuestro fin de semana. No volvería prefiero airbn por mucho. Quise probar con 訂房網站 en hoteles y estoy arrepentida!!!!!

Spacious room that was newly renovated. Biggest problem was the fridge leaking, but the staff was proactive to investigate the issue after we checked out. We're still waiting to hear back, but appreciated the recommendation to provide feedback.

非常乾淨！交通便利！客服非常有禮貌。到酒店還要用信用卡付款定金，離店後是2日退回卡。所以記得帶上行用卡哦！不知道什麼時候才可以退我剛剛退房回家。等待著錢返回來。
